3. File Expiration

Tempfile is designed for ephemeral file sharing. All uploaded files are subject to automatic deletion after their specified expiration period. We are not responsible for any data loss that occurs as a result of our standard deletion processes.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tempfile be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
